The CQP (Certificate of Professional Qualification) in Team Leadership is a training program that prepares candidates to take on leadership roles within a work team.

Training for Success
Le responsable d’équipe a pour rôle de coordonner, réguler et animer l’activité d’une équipe en anticipant et en portant une attention toute particulière au suivi des actions correctives. Au quotidien, il organise et met en œuvre le programme de production en assurant la gestion des moyens humains, des matières, des techniques de l’unité de production. Il occupe donc le premier échelon hiérarchique de l’encadrement de proximité des équipes de production (conducteurs de ligne, opérateurs), de maintenance ou de logistique.

The certification in question consists of two skill modules; these modules are assessed, and successful completion leads to the issuance of a certificate detailing the skills acquired. To obtain the certification in question, all skill modules must be successfully completed in their entirety.

Continuing education
The primary goal of the CQP is to facilitate entry into the workforce. However, students may choose to continue their studies toward another cross-industry professional qualification certificate (CQPI). Created by multiple professional sectors, CQPIs certify the acquisition of a core set of skills common to several occupations, thereby creating bridges between occupations and sectors.
