Endowment Fund La Terre et les Hommes

A lever for impact serving regions and strategic leadership

The "La Terre et les Hommes" endowment fund has become a strategic pillar of The Land School of Management, an independent, international, and entrepreneurial graduate school. It supports our mission: to train leaders capable of transforming territories through business, based on sustainable, collaborative, and localized models.

Created to support regional transformation initiatives, this fund raises financing from committed stakeholders—companies, institutions, and citizens—to support projects with a significant human, environmental, and economic impact.

Endowment fund

In synergy with the RBA alliance

The fund is fully in line with the RBA alliance, which brings together The Land School of Management (France), ESLM Brussels (Belgium), and ADSM Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates). Together, we offer certified courses in strategic leadership and territorial management, recognized by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI UK).

The fund's profits

The fund becomes a tool for amplifying our academic mission:

Support for research and experimentation on territorial models

Funding for educational projects rooted in reality

Support for project leaders, students, and entrepreneurs of change

Promoting regions as spaces for innovation and cooperation

Why support the fund?

To contribute to societal transformation based on local communities

To support projects with a strong strategic and human impact

To benefit from a tax reduction (up to 60% for businesses, 66% for individuals)

To join a community of actors committed to the transition

The RBA alliance draws on this fund to train real-world leaders who are capable of thinking about connections, foundations, and meaning.
