The Manor adapts itself in a perpetual adjustment to reality.
Le Manoir Rennes or entrepreneurial spirit
The Manoir de Rennes is what we at The Land call an entrepreneurial community. It is a structure, a space dedicated to entrepreneurship, governed jointly by its members. Its uniqueness also stems from its cross-sector approach. At Le Manoir de Rennes, the arts, culture, social and solidarity economy, and more come together: a melting pot of diverse inspirations, organized to promote the transfer of knowledge and inspiration between residents. Because what one person shares may inspire others. And vice versa.
Collective governance
A Manifesto defines the values that unite members: sharing, pursuit of the common good, transparency, open-mindedness, respect, and solidarity.
MUTUALISATION: this is based on mutual assistance and the sharing of knowledge and material and immaterial resources among occupants.
COLLECTIVE: The Manor is supported by a collective that brings it to life on a daily basis. Its evolution depends on the fluctuations of the collective.
WORK: The concept of work is central to the Manor, as residents develop their activities there.
The Manor adapts itself in a perpetual adjustment to reality. It evolves organically, through collective intelligence.

Enzyme provides carefully selected mentors who are perfectly suited to my situation. It is a group training program that allows us to meet other entrepreneurs who often face the same challenges. It is very informative to get together, discuss, and share ideas.

The encounters we have during the Enzyme journey enable us to break through dead ends, answer unanswered questions, and even raise new questions that we hadn't thought of before.
Mariposa Project – class of 2022
Testimonial from Roger Le Dréau
The road to entrepreneurship is long, and there are many skills to master, which is why it's so valuable to have Enzyme's support. What's more, I've met some wonderful people who have taught me a lot and inspired me to pursue future projects.
