The Land, together with two players in the ecosystem, Femmes de Bretagne and EnZHyme, won the BPI France call for projects entitled "Entreprendre au cœur des territoires" ( Entrepreneurship at the heart of the regions ).
The genesis of the project
Women have specific support needs that are still poorly met by the structures currently in place in the region.
The association Femmes de Bretagne has created a mutual aid network aimed at promoting the creation, takeover, and development of businesses by women in Brittany and Loire-Atlantique.
EnZHyme is an incubator that supports socially responsible business projects. Each project leader has access to all the tools and skills needed to create a sustainable business.
Together, they offer an incubation program to raise awareness and train women in entrepreneurship. They will be able to benefit from group and individual workshops led by qualified speakers in the various fields covered.
The strength of the project lies in the link between a professional network and a support program for business creation. In the short term, the companies created will generate employment in the Morbihan region and diversify the services on offer. Integrate pre-incubation training
