In order to diversify our recruitment sources and address the shortage of plant sales advisors, we called on The Land to set up an in-house plant training program.

From the outset of our project, we were supported by Fabienne Diaz and the training teams at The Land in order to develop training content that best met our needs. 

This work, which took several months, led to the creation of a tailor-made training program and enabled us to hire 16 employees on permanent professional training contracts. 

Beyond assisting with the creation of this program, the monitoring and supervision provided by The Land teams is a real bonus. Regular check-ins allow us to update and adapt the training content so that it best meets our expectations.

This year, we are launching the second session of this tailor-made training course, which has been a real success and enables us to train new employees in the basics of the plant sales advisor profession.
