The Land is partnering with Strategy Crowd, an international management consulting firm based in Ireland, to help SMEs with their growth and export strategies so they can realize their full business potential.
Understanding the international market
This partnership stems from an observation regarding the globalization of trade and the new opportunities available to SMEs. While their growth and export potential has become more flexible, a lack of knowledge of the international market and a lack of methodology often put an end to their attempts to evolve. By signing this partnership, The Land and Strategy Crowd commit to:
- Develop an attitude of international growth
- Present tools for optimizing the organization of SME development
- Clearly state the challenges of such a project
- Guide the development of a growth plan.
Train employees
In concrete terms, these commitments translate into the launch of a training program for businesses, accessible upon application. During this training, participants will benefit from virtual group workshops with a panel of experts, market research with a research professional, and mentoring sessions.
At the end of the training, each participant will understand the process of formulating a growth and export strategy and will know how to manage the constraints and issues associated with international trade in order to apply these lessons in practice within their company. The company will thus be able to develop a realistic and sustainable export business plan.
By 2025, the goal is to expand training courses through exchange programs and work placements.
The training will draw on the experience of Strategy Crowd, which already runs customized management programs in Ireland and internationally, and on the experts, executives, and scientists at The Land.
