Official launch of the International RBA Alliance

The Land School of Management, alongside the European School of Leadership & Management (ESLM) Brussels and the Abu Dhabi School of Management, officially launchedthe RBA International Alliance — Rennes | Brussels | Abu Dhabi, during a collaborative working day followed by a conference at its premises on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

The founding members of RBA presented the alliance's governance structure, executive and thematic committees, and the main guidelines of the 2026 roadmap.

A day of collaborative work

The RBA Alliance aims to roll out international certification programs, incorporating inter-campus seminars, and to promote a pluralistic vision of leadership, rooted in local communities and driven by intercultural cooperation. It already has around 20 members based in Europe, Africa, and Asia, including research laboratories, management schools, and academic centers, thus creating links between countries and stakeholders.

During this working day, members of the Strategic Committee—Yannick Roussel, Chief Executive & Academic Officer (CEAO), and Jean-Marc Esnault, Secretary-General—shared the alliance's vision and objectives and proposed workshops to highlight potential synergies between the various stakeholders and create a roadmap for the coming year. The consortium also benefits from the support of leading figures in the business world, such as Sylvia Vitale Rotta, President and Founder of Team Créatif Group, and Nathalie Roos, former CEO of Lipton Teas & Infusions, both RBA ambassadors, who shared their inspiring strategic perspectives.

Taking into account the new challenges of the professional world and the issues surrounding transition, RBA's vision is based on three fundamental principles:

  • Managers' roots in local areas and cultures
  • Taking action by training managers who are capable of transforming while adapting
  • The responsibility for consistency between words and actions carried out by managers

The next major steps for the RBA Alliance

The RBA Alliance promises movement and exchange between students, professionals, and the various member entities.

Starting this year, several major projects will be launched: the launch of the CMI UK, made possible thanks to the accreditation of ESLM Brussels, the Excellence Program , and new training courses taught entirely in English, designed to promote international employability.

In this context, The Land School of Management will welcome international students to its premises starting in April 2026, with the goal of having these students represent 30% of the student body by the start of the 2026 academic year.

Future steps for the RBA Alliance also include the launch of an applied research platform in management sciences and the creation of regional and thematic chairs

This launch marks the starting point of a collective dynamic, promoting open, responsible, and intercultural leadership.
