Work-study General Services Manager

The Land Campus, based in Rennes, offers post-baccalaureate to master's degree programs. It comprises 12 higher education schools, organized around five departments: Communication & Journalism, Business & Real Estate, Management & Administration, Environment, Tourism & Society, Agriculture/Agribusiness & Food.

Missions

As a work-study student, you will receive training and support in all aspects of the job:
• Participate in the day-to-day management of the Mutuelle's services (managing stocks, liaising with service providers, monitoring archiving, developing sustainable development initiatives)
• Support the General Services Manager in managing the vehicle fleet (administrative monitoring, maintenance, fleet upkeep, and claims monitoring)
• Contribute to the technical management of infrastructure (monitoring, maintenance, upkeep, and claims monitoring)
• Participate in the security of property and people (ensure the implementation of security procedures, access management and analysis in order to propose actions)

As a facilities manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising activities related to facilities management within a company. You will contribute to the smooth running of the facilities and the satisfaction of occupants by ensuring the availability of services and maintaining a safe and pleasant working environment.
