Work-study property manager

The Land Campus, based in Rennes, offers post-baccalaureate to master's degree programs. It comprises 12 higher education schools, organized around five departments: Communication & Journalism, Business & Real Estate, Management & Administration, Environment, Tourism & Society, Agriculture/Agribusiness & Food.

Missions


As a work-study student, you will be trained and supported in all aspects of the job:
• Participation in the performance and monitoring of routine property management and maintenance tasks
(rent collection, processing tenant requests, managing expenses,
service requests, monitoring maintenance contracts, monitoring claims, etc.)
• Setting up and monitoring building identity files (maintenance log, safety registers, customer files, etc.)
• Participating in the drafting and preparation of leases
• Participating in asset monitoring activities
• Participating in and coordinating legal and technical monitoring for the rental management division
• Participating in the monitoring of obligations relating to the ECO ENERGIE TERTIAIRE scheme and
BACS decree
• Participating in the coordination of marketing activities

Are you interested in working in a multidisciplinary environment (commercial lease law
, public procurement, social activities, energy regulations, etc.) and do you have an interest in the technical operation of buildings?

You are proficient in office software, responsive, rigorous, and organized. You are
dynamic by nature and also have good interpersonal skills.

You will be

Prospective student in the Master of Science in Real Estate Services Management program. You are enthusiastic and positive, enjoy interacting with people, and seek challenges. Whether you are a novice or experienced salesperson in real estate, you have a driver's license and your own vehicle, which is essential for traveling to meet with clients.

The partner company has a diversified portfolio comprising 13 residences and homes (representing 1,100 housing equivalents) and 23 commercial buildings covering 25,000 square meters. It also manages the commercial real estate company BREST COMMERCES, three urban renewal development concessions, and oversees 38 condominiums in their energy renovation projects.
