Work-study program
The Land Campus, based in Rennes, offers post-baccalaureate to master's degree programs. It comprises 12 higher education schools, organized around five departments: Communication & Journalism, Business & Real Estate, Management & Administration, Environment, Tourism & Society, Agriculture/Agribusiness & Food.
As a work-study student, you will receive training and support in all aspects of the job:
- Property viewings
- Compiling tenant application files
- Assessing the creditworthiness of applicants
- Drafting rental agreements
- Scheduling appointments for property inspections
- Administrative and technical management of properties
- Developing the management portfolio with support

As a rental and property management consultant, you will be responsible for managing rental properties within a real estate agency. You will work closely with landlords and tenants to facilitate rental transactions and ensure satisfaction for both parties.
Prospective student in the Bachelor's degree program in Real Estate Management and Negotiation or Master of Science in Real Estate Services Management. You are enthusiastic and positive, enjoy working with people, and seek challenges. Whether you are a novice or experienced salesperson in real estate, you have a driver's license and your own vehicle, which is essential for traveling to meet with clients.
