Work-study program
The Land Campus, based in Rennes, offers post-baccalaureate to master's degree programs. It comprises 12 higher education schools, organized around five departments: Communication & Journalism, Business & Real Estate, Management & Administration, Environment, Tourism & Society, Agriculture/Agribusiness & Food. This work-study program will teach you all the sales techniques used in the tourism sector, as well as the regulatory environment governing the field. You will learn how to manage the administrative tasks involved in organizing a trip, and you will become familiar with the various tourism markets and different types of accommodation.
As a work-study student, you will be trained and supported in all aspects of the job:
• Customer reception
• Organization of stays
• Relations with service providers
• Administrative management
• Promotion of special offers

Good listening skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. Knowledge of foreign languages (mainly English) and computer skills are recommended. Knowledge of various travel destinations is a definite asset for travel advisors. Availability and curiosity are among the qualities valued in this profession.
As a future student in a BTS Tourism program or Bachelor's degree in Event Tourism Project Management, you are passionate about customer relations and travel, cultures, and linguistic discoveries.
