The Tolma program is designed for high-potential students eager to build broad skills in economic, financial, and human management, while progressively refining their career goals. Over time, they will gain the maturity and direction needed to specialize through our Master’s-level programs.
We offer three training paths in Rennes:
Our Bachelor in Management trains visionary leaders capable of driving strategic initiatives and generating meaningful added value, thus contributing to the company’s overall competitiveness. This program provides an in-depth understanding of key challenges in entrepreneurial development, while equipping students with advanced skills in management and project leadership. Core subjects include finance, strategy, negotiation, and business law.
By choosing our Bachelor in Management, you are preparing to excel in specialized programs such as the Master of Science in Business Law and the Master of Science in Financial Expertise, both offered at Tolma. These programs pave the way for a rewarding and high-potential career within prestigious companies.
Given the generalist scope of this Bachelor’s degree and the high quality of instruction provided, you may also pursue a Master’s degree at other top management schools beyond Tolma. For instance, most graduate-level programs (BAC+5) offered by other schools on The Land Campus are accessible to holders of this Bachelor’s degree.

The Global Finance Case Competition, which takes place at the Harvard Business Club in Cambridge. The best business cases will be presented at the grand finale in Boston.
The Competition Authority’s Moot Court Competition in Paris. At the end of the written phase, the most convincing candidates will present their fictitious case before the Competition Authority’s panel in Paris.
Law, finance, and management take on their full meaning when taught with reference to practical, on-the-job training. At Tolma, we help you progress through contact with high-level lawyers, legal experts, financial experts, and international experts who teach you the fundamentals alongside practical hands-on practice. Most of our instructors are practicing professionals, recognized experts in their field.
Entrepreneurship is at the heart of our mission. We encourage our students to think creatively and take bold initiatives. In today’s globalized world, it’s difficult to plan for certain careers without mastering English. For some training programs that naturally lead you to international positions, we offer full-English courses.
An “Internal Scholarship”: This scholarship is available for all post-baccalaureate initial programs, allowing families to benefit from up to €3,000 in tuition deductions, depending on their income.
The school has a partnership with Crédit Agricole. Students wishing to obtain a loan to finance their studies can benefit from a preferential rate of 1.9%, repayable upon completion of their studies. Exclusive offers are reserved for students at The Land campus.
