In light of current environmental challenges, the issue of eco-mobility in the tourism sector has become essential. How can we reduce the carbon footprint of tourist travel? What alternatives are there to the most polluting modes of transport?
The Land Campus hosted an event dedicated to sustainable tourism and decarbonization of tourist travel. Organized in collaboration with Atemia, which specializes in responsible tourism, this meet-up for Sustainable Tourism Stakeholders took place in the Le Connect seminar spacespace. and in partnership with Destination Rennes, Tourisme Bretagne, Ille-et-Vilaine Tourisme, Gîtes de France, Crédit Agricole, MAP Info – le Média des actions positives, and Stéphane Legrand from Colibri Tourisme. The event brought together professionals from the sector, companies, and committed institutions.
A user-friendly and interactive program to co-create the future of sustainable tourism
The event, which took place on March 20, 2025, offered participants an interactive program, including a dynamic speed-meeting that allowed everyone to discuss the importance of ecomobility in their business. Participants also shared inspiring initiatives and reflected together on best practices for reducing the carbon footprint of tourist travel.
