The Land, through the 3A school, offers hybrid training for students in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
This training program has been set up as part of a partnership between the Denise Nyakaru Tshisekedi Foundation and the 3A school, part of The Land ecosystem, which specializes in humanitarian and solidarity management. The 3A school upholds strong values: ethics, justice, equality, openness to the world, and respect for our common heritage, the Earth.
The program offers a university training course that is very rare in the country. Thirty Congolese students, including 28 who are receiving distance learning from Kinshasa, and two students who are also following the same course on site in France. The AIME academy, which recently opened in the Democratic Republic of Congo, allows first-year students to enroll in the "Bachelor's degree in alternative and solidarity-based project management" program.
This project helps to strengthen students' abilities and skills so that, upon completing their studies, they can contribute to the development and structuring of their country by applying the knowledge they have acquired during their training.
On a technical and local level, this training is provided by the "Young Chamber of Commerce, Congo Diaspora." The educational aspect, links with teachers in France and the DRC, daily monitoring of students, and placement in internships and practical workshops are organized and supervised by the Junior Chamber of Commerce on behalf of 3A and The Land, as part of a partnership with the Denise Nyakaru Tshisekedi Foundation.
Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi thanked School 3A for its support and collaboration.
