Open House on March 15, 2025, at The Land Campus

The Campus will open its doors to the general public on March 15, 2024. This will be an opportunity to discover the international seminars planned for the next academic year, new teaching methods, and examples of projects carried out as part of the programs, such as the Business Game by Xavier Fontanet (one of the world's leading international executives). Here's how it will work! On Saturday, March 15, 2025, The Land Campus will open its doors to anyone who wants to discover its unique facilities and learn about the innovative educational approach developed there.

This campus, a true hub of activity modeled on Anglo-Saxon campuses, brings together six academic departments: communication, journalism, and digital media; business and real estate; agriculture, agribusiness, and food science; administration and management; environment and landscaping; and tourism, humanitarian aid, and social innovation. The event will give prospective students and their families the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of The Land and discover all it has to offer.

The day will begin with a warm welcome, with stands from each school set up in the main area. Visitors will be able to meet professors, educational leaders, students in training, and even some partners from the professional world. Presentations punctuated with testimonials will help visitors better understand the specific features of each program and the campus philosophy. In addition to touring the facilities, this morning offers a valuable opportunity to ask questions about academic advising, admission requirements, internships, career opportunities, and networking opportunities.

One of the unique features of The Land is its international outlook. Thanks to partnerships with universities, companies, and organizations around the world, the campus offers numerous immersion programs and training sessions abroad. If you are interested in one of our departments, you will discover seminars and exchange programs that promote the discovery of other cultures and new professional practices. On March 15, we will present the benefits of these international experiences and explain how they strengthen both your academic career and future employability.

The second advantage highlighted during these Open Days is the emphasis placed on new and experiential teaching methods. At the heart of The Land's philosophy, learning involves confronting real-life situations, exploring collective projects, and participating in competitions or challenges. Immersive seminars in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Tallinn demonstrate how much training is enriched by real-world experience. Visitors will be able to talk to students who have already had these experiences, who will describe how they have nurtured their creativity and adaptability.

The third essential pillar of the campus is the Business Game designed by Xavier Fontanet, a simulation that immerses participants in a realistic entrepreneurial or managerial environment. During the Open House, demonstration workshops will allow everyone to understand the mechanisms of this strategic challenge and to appreciate the value of this approach in training. Students involved in the Business Game will explain how they learn to manage a budget, assess the competition, negotiate, and make decisions in uncertain situations. This immersive approach perfectly embodies The Land's vision: to provide the keys to becoming not only a competent professional, but also an informed decision-maker, aware of economic, social, and environmental issues.

Throughout the day, visitors will be able to explore the various areas of the campus: lecture halls, collaborative classrooms, and student common areas. There will also be stands presenting the various associations and clubs, reflecting the dynamic life of The Land and its students' commitment to culture, solidarity, start-up creation, and raising awareness of sustainable development issues. Professionals and alumni will share their career experiences after attending the campus, illustrating the diversity of careers available.

In short, the Open House on March 15, 2025, at The Land Campus promises to be a unique opportunity to discover a forward-looking educational program focused on cross-disciplinary learning and practical experience. With meetings, demonstrations, discussions, and feedback sessions, this day will offer a comprehensive overview of the educational excellence and international dimension that characterize The Land. Whether you are a high school senior, a student looking to change majors, an employee seeking professional development, or simply curious, you will leave with a better understanding of the major challenges facing higher education today and the unique place occupied by this resolutely innovative campus.
