In a rapidly changing market, the challenges of the 21st century require companies to evolve.
Through a partnership, Rennes School of Business and The Land have co-developed a six-day training course spread over three months, led by national CSR stakeholders: La Fresques du Climat (an association that helps people understand the key climate issues and take action), Semeur d'Impact (a business consulting and training company for businesses), Agence Déclic (a CSR consulting and training firm), and Colibri Communication (a communications agency specializing in sustainable development and CSR).
Responsible management training enables companies to integrate environmental and social issues into their operations.
It consists of three modules:
• The challenges of change // Sectors involved in the food transition movement
• Innovation driving change
• Implementing change in your organization
The training program has several objectives:
A section on personal goals:
• Identify the challenges of the 21st century and adapt responses to everyday life
• Take stock of existing corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices and plan for their implementation
• Discover the players in the ecosystem (economic, managerial, environmental, and/or social) and consider how they can support your development
And a section on professional goals:
• Create a group for sharing best practices and peer collaboration, forging links with the network committed to transition
• Understand the different economic and social models available in order to define your own organization
• Test change management tools and develop arguments to bring a group into the transition movement.
An action-oriented training course that will enable you to apply the content covered in your daily work. It is eligible for funding through the CPF and OPCOs, and you will receive a certificate upon completion.
Throughout the training, participants will work on their projects with the support of the program manager. This work will be summarized in a statement of intent, which will be used to evaluate the certificate.
