What if our students anticipated the job market as soon as they joined the program?
On Wednesday, January 12, 2022, Jean-Marc Esnault, CEO of The Land, welcomed Apec Bretagne (Association for Executive Employment) with Olivier Maurin, Regional Delegate, and François Fillatre, Operations Manager, for the signing of a partnership agreement.
APEC, the Association for Executive Employment, is a private French organization whose purpose is to advise companies and executives seeking employment. Founded in 1966, this association has become a benchmark for job seekers and companies looking for talent.
The objectives of this partnership between The Land and APEC are to facilitate the implementation of actions enabling students (in initial and continuing education), work-study students, and alumni to:
- Mastering tools to aid integration and professional development.
- To better understand data on the executive job market.
- To make it easier to find their first job or continue their professional career once they graduate.
PHASE 1 OF THE PARTNERSHIP:
Before the end of January:
Our future graduates and current work-study students will be put in touch with APEC as part of their future job search.
PHASE 2 OF THE PARTNERSHIP:
Starting in February:
Group services will be scheduled with workshops and on-site or remote interventions for groups of 7-12 people.
In addition, job market interventions (general or sector-specific) will also be organized in groups of 10 people.
Following these various workshops, individual monitoring will be put in place with the aim of providing long-term support to our students.
